New and very clean, responsive host and easy to get in, clear directions

Wifi is available but i couldn’t find the password

The apartment was well equipped and beautifully clean. Access was easy with the key in a key box on arrival.

The entrance gate to the car park was open when we arrived and left, despite having a security entrance key fob. The entrance door to the accommodation was also open when we arrived and on leaving the door was wide open. This didn't make me feel very safe although there was a second lock and chain on the inside of the apartment door that I was able to utilise. In addition the booking specified a quiet time between 2300 and 0700, despite this I was woken at 0115 by a vehicle driving out of the car park!

Beautiful apartment. Clean and good facilities. Accommodated a slightly earlier check in time.

Staff difficulties in response in the end. Had money deducted from a deposit unfairly. Not sure if that is a regular occurrence but something to consider.

Property was super clean, really well situated for the tube into London and parking was straightforward. Comfy beds, decent space. It’s a great base. Our deposit was refunded really promptly.

Information about checking in comes really late, so if you are driving down you leave before you know how/where to park. The cleaners had switched the boiler off so we didn’t have hot water until we found the switch. There is a folder with this information in, but we never saw it. The only bathroom product is handwash - not my definition of bathroom essentials.

Lovely apartment, amazing space, and clean. perfect location, easy check in and out.
