Downtown 1BR Tampa Cottage for 4 Has Power

Cute accommodation loved the outdoor area, had everything we needed, except laundry powder. The washer and dryer were awesome, access to Netflix etc was great and the coffee was awesome so was the bed

The neighbour was a bit ruff, but when in the property you would have no idea, it was close to everything,

The patio was great and the unit was clean and inviting.

I heard noises from neighbors at night from the main unit.

We liked the washing machine and tumble dryer. Also the smart gadgets like TV and Alexa watch were useful.

The shared garden area had wasp nests so we did not use it. When we went out for few minutes, the wasps bit my wife and 1.5 year old son... . There was no kettle in the cottage, apparently it went missing with previous guests and owner failed to provide replacement.... There sauce pan and frying pan are smaller than a palm of hand... Totally useless for small family cooking, even scrambled eggs.. No cutting board.. Floors were not clean Front door have a gap size big enough that small lizards are able to get through... The guess from the main house (some pathological family) decided to have a wild party that night until 3am. This woke us all up and prevented from sleeping. Area is dodgy as hell, you can't even go out for a walk after dark as a lot of homeless people and narcos are waling and residing in the area.

They had free coffee

No hot water. In the ghetto. Small. Bugs in the bathroom. Looked very unproffessional.

Everything was clean

The water on the shower never heated up
