The only downside was no pool but the beach are worth visiting

This hotel is situated near the cable car station. If you choose waterfront facing room, you will be able to see the sunset and after the show, fireworks. I booked this hotel for the views and got what I was looking for! The property is clean, the bed is big and comfortable.

I wouldn’t spend more than 1-2 nights here as there is no pool and no access to the sea. Breakfast is not great. Two bottles of water in the room should be complimentary. Friendly staff. Good location if you are planning to stay in the southern part of Phu Quoc. Good food.

Laundry service was not go standard. The clothes came back un ironed and haphazardly folded. 😡 On our last day, we found out that we could pre order seafood and the restaurant will cook it for us though it’s not on the menu. The staff failed to advise us. Maybe put it on the menu yo inform guests.

Цена/качество не соответствует действительности.Номер совсем маленький, какой-то не уютный. Состояние номера уже не новое, какое-то слишком поюзанное, какие-то пятна, краска облупленная, местами грязь которая не отмывается, кажется что за номерным фондом не следят вообще. Очень скудные завтраки, отель находится в самой крайней точке полуострова. Цена кажется завышенной. Мы не привердливы, но сложилось лёгкое ощущение обмана (картинка и описание одно - а по факту не соответствует)

Śniadania podawane z karty menu, dobre soki. Blisko do kolejki linowej i portu. Obsługa w hotelu zaangażowana i chętna do pomocy . Wydaje się ze zatrudniono tu jednych z najlepszych ludzi z okolicy.

Daleko do plaży, taksówki najłatwiej było zamówić przez hotelową recepcję (grab praktycznie nie działa) , okolica pełna restauracji, w których nie ma prawie niczego, miasto - widmo, totalnie niezamieszkane. Większość hoteli jeszcze nie działa. Pralnia w hotelu to porażka ( ubrania oddawane w siatkach, bez prasowania).

Location is perfect for visiting the Sunset Town. The hotel is small and quiet, with views of the sea. But above all the staff is nice and caring, exceptional service and friendliness, always willing to help. We requested a floor mat because the shower floor was slippery and we didn’t want to fall. They didn’t have such a thing in the hotel, but after a few hours a brand new shower floor mat was delivered, purchased specifically for us. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere…
