Great location. It is just adjacent to main sunsity cable station. Food is amazing. There staff however were very warm and welcoming. Make our stay very special. Thanks to the team.

Very strategic location, Walking distance to the Cable car station. Breakfast was pleasant, they kindly offered us vegetarian / halal friendly option. Bed and pillow was comfortable.

Toilet was clean, but the toilet floor is extremely slippery, trip and slip hazard. The drinking water bottle should be complimentary in my opinion.

I spend 12 days in the hotel with my mother who is 85 . They couldn’t take enough care and kindness to us both .. I celebrated my 60th birthday and they made it special by giving me a cake with candle and they sang happy birthday to me . The owner of the hotel was such an interesting man and really cared about us and this staff too. The food in the hotel was excellent and had great options for vegans and would help in anyway to accommodate my dietary needs which is a bonus for me as it can be hard when travelling. Location was so good close to everything you need .If going to Phu Quoc if you don’t stay at this hotel at least have a meal there you want be disappointed . This was one of the most relaxing restful holidays I have had thanks to the hotel staff . I will be back again for sure for some r&r Thank you again for all the smiles every time we come down for breakfast or dinner made us feel truly welcome .. keep up the great work ..
