Staff is friendly, the staff name Mr sainft was helpful us

We enjoyed our stay at Casepia. The staff was friendly. Location was good.

Breakfast options were limited.

Love the location! ❤️❤️❤️ The view was amazing! We had the ocean view and we could see the cable car moving right infront of the hotel. We also love the breakfast, very satisfying! (I love the mushroom btw) The staff were super accomodating & helpful! 🫶🏻 WE WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

There is a bidet ( شطاف ) in the toilets. The view from balcony is great. The restaurant in the hotel offers halal food, the best Halal food in Vietnam.

Need some maintenance to room and toilet. The rooms quite small.

早餐是按照人头一份上的。房间不是很大，如果不是坐缆车和看演出，还是北岛舒服

The view of fire work is nice. That's all.

The older male reception was very bossy and accused us for smoking in the room as he said that there are smoke coming out of the room door gap at 8am, which in fact we are still asleep.. We were waken up by his morning call at 8am and it ruined our day as we slept late the previous night. To have smoking sipping out of the room door gap, it takes a large group of people smoking at once and blow towards the gap. OMG!! Its totally absurd!! If its just want to earn the USD200 by wrongly accusation, its very unethical. In addition, the room was due for servicing but nothing was done before our stay. As a result, we had developed rashes due to poor air condition and having thick mucus to throw out in the morning. I will never stay there again!!
