Cute, full of history, very clean! Cooking facilities Saw northern lights and Zion

It was an absolutely lovely room, the house was beautiful. The shower was a little small but acceptable, I would stay here again.

Nothing it was great.

Cosy wibe of historical interior. Private parking in front of the door. One step to gas station and supermarket and historic center. Confy bed. Laundry, big fridge. No smells.

Tv was not working

Trapped mouse kept us awake. Had to guide others guests into the place; no staff

An historic house with 4-5 rooms available. It is very well located but be aware it is an 1870s house. It has marvellous character and was comfortable but it isn't new. Plenty of parking. We had two rooms for the four of us and there were other people staying there in the other rooms. It all worked very well. Enough room to do your own thing and some interesting talks with other stayers. A few problems with a light not working properly and a toilet. On both accounts the owners were immediately available to coreect the issues.

The outdoor area and bbq were really unusable. Not a big deal but they were in the description.

I liked the historic nature of the building itself. The location was great to go to Zion and Bryce canyon National parks and coral pink dunes park. Check in was a breeze. The use of laundry facilities, if you needed them, large refrigerator and freezer were all pluses. The bed was super comfy along with the linens, sheets and pillows. We didn't use the rest of the house except our room and the refrigerator but it looked like it could've been dusted better and the furniture is very worn.

The toilet seat was dirty. There was actually "poop" on the underneath side that I had to clean off. Yuck, disgusting! There were multiple bugs that my husband and I had to kill ( spider, ant, moth and some other flying insects) The window sills and mop boards were dirty and the curtains need washed and shades need a good cleaning. The bedroom rug was filthy and the corners turn up so I kept tripping on it. The tree outside dropped some kind of berry which you tracked in on your shoes so you had to use the front door. It would have been nice to use the side door bc there is a nice patio out there. I would have thought the owner would've swept all of that up before guests arrived.

We stayed here for one night. It was an okay property. The theme of the room was very comfortable and calm. The area of the property seemed quiet and pleasant over the night.

Would have loved pictures showing the bathroom. We had trouble figuring out the lock situation of the main door and were disappointed to not find the refrigerator working.

Rooms are located in a very nice and elegant historical building conveniently situated at walking distance from the main road of Kanab. The house is well equipped including a washing machine and dryer. We didn’t meet the staff, since both the check in and check out were done self service. Very recommended.
