Το δωμάτιο ήταν στον 3ο όροφο και δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ.

L'appartamento aveva tutto il necessario, ed era molto comodo e luminoso. Self check in facile.

Solo il giorno stesso, alla comunicazione della modalità del check in, abbiamo saputo di essere al terzo piano, quando siamo arrivati abbiamo notato che l'ascensore non era utilizzabile.. io pur essendo incinta non ho avuto problemi ma credo che il livello dell'appartamento vada comunicato e accordato precedentemente per una questione di mobilità soprattutto se l'ascensore non è agibile. Aggiungo inoltre che la doccia era sprovvista di tenda o separazione quindi ogni volta che ci si lava si allaga il bagno, questo non è molto comodo.

La posizione è ottima perché l'appartamento è nella prima periferia di Heraklion. E' quindi facile parcheggiare nei dintorni. Inoltre è facile raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti utilizzando la macchina. E' dotato di cucina, lavatrice e terrazzo dove poter stendere i panni.

L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano, senza ascensore (problema non grave). La doccia non è dotata di tenda e quindi il bagno si bagna tutto (problema risolvibile installando una tenda).

I would recommend skipping this place especially if you are planning a longer stay (more than a few days) or a business trip. Equipment and decorations On the first sight, the accommodation seems like it is well-decorated and equipped but it takes a day to realize that it is not well maintained. The AC seems to have some troubles with temperature regulation and when it works it is very loud. The bathroom is well equipped but a few main things such as the shower and the faucet are broken (barely functioning). I didn't get enough of towels for a week-long stay. Poor sound isolation The neighborhood was very loud, especially during the night hours. It sounded like local people living around were having much fun but it was not fun to me since I was there for a business trip. Also somehow the regular sounds like a car passing on the road next to the building were uncomfortably loud (I would guess because of the acoustics of the hall of the building which is half opened). The communication with the owners Anyhow, the worst thing of all was the communication with the owners (who are a rental agency not the real owners). I needed a proper invoice with relevant information about my company since it was a business trip. Upon asking in advance if they could provide it I was told it would not be a problem. However, it turned out to be a problem in the end. I was promised to get the invoice the latest on the day of departure but instead, they ignored my reminders through messages, emails and phone calls for almost two weeks after and only provided the invoice when I threatened to report the issue to the local tax bodies. The communication itself was unprofessional and unfriendly throughout the entire process and in the end, I have not even received an apology or an explanation for my inconvenience. I would really recommend skipping this place if you are traveling for work.
