Good location, very often bus for the city and beach, quite neighborhood, too many shops for staff and food near the apartement.

The toilet is not very big but it’s okay.

very clean, good located, 10min from airport by car, also from the city center. we had arrived at 3am and easily found place, easily cheked in. there is washing machine, as well.

some things are broken, bathroom cabine, but can be easily fixed, and most important those are very clean. this is good to stay for few days, but if you want visit island better to move to other parts and cities.

Arriving at the lodging on a warm June evening at 10 PM, in a remote neighborhood of Heraklion, the room was warm. After opening the window and realizing that nothing would change, I tried to turn on the air conditioning. When I realized the remote control wasn't working, I saw that the batteries were missing. I called the owners, and they told me that unfortunately, no one could bring me batteries and that I would have to wait until the next day. Fortunately, the neighbors were sitting on their balcony and had no problem giving me 2 batteries so I wouldn't have to run to the city center to find batteries. The next morning, I discovered there was no coffee cup, and I had to drink a hot coffee in a water glass. Finally, when I called the owners to ask for an invoice, they told me to send them the billing details, which I did. After several reminders, and after 10 days, they replied that they didn’t know when they would send it. I told them not to bother and not to go to the trouble of doing it. It seems this is a family business who turned some residential rooms rentals from students to tourists but they did not understand that the demands of tourists have nothing to do with the demands of students, and you need to demonstrate professionalism in order to run such a business.

The location is good, very close to the city centre and there is a free parking space in front of the building. Owner is also very kind and he helped us immediately with providing us stuff that were missing.

We booked the apartment for 3 people, one child. There wasn’t towels, bed sheets etc. for third person. Also no toilet paper or coffee mugs. Pretty noisy neighbourhood.
