The Pudding Stop - Bakewell - Free Parking

Excellent on location and facilities, definitely would recommend and would go back. Thoughtful touches of a bottle of wine and a bakewell tart 😋

Had a wonderful stay at The Pudding Stop. It really lived up to its 5 star reviews and we can’t wait to visit again. Could not recommend more, the property is cosy, clean, and has everything you need. Location is perfect and you can walk to everywhere you need. The hosts are so responsive and helpful, and the welcome gifts were such a lovely touch.

Perfect location close to all amenities. The property has been done to a high standard. Perfect for a quiet relaxing break. Definitely will stay again.Hosts sent email explaining directions to property & where to collect key & car permit.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

The cottage was lovely and cosy and kept very clean. There were lovely little Christmas touches and a gift of wine and a Bakewell left by the host. The cottage was in an amazing location with the centre of Bakewell being less than a 2 minute walk. The host was extremely friendly and very quick at responding to any questions, the folder left with food, drink, walks and attraction recommendations was also really handy. The free parking permit was great and we had no trouble finding a parking space on the street during our whole stay. The small, secured patio garden was also a great touch as we had our two dogs with us.

The location was perfect, literally a 2 minute walk into Bakewell which was ideal. The Accomodation is cosy. Parking permit provided during the stay which is handy however this is only useful if a space is available. Fortunately we got a space and just left the car there most of the time so we didn’t have to worry. The hosts were very quick to message with directions and were very helpful when we had questions.

The bed was a bit hard, I woke up a couple times due to being uncomfortable however I appreciate everyone has different preferences. For me it wasn’t the comfiest. There was no oven but a worktop hob was provided. The floor is stone so can be quite cold, take some slippers or warm socks in the winter.

The bed/bedding. Also, problems with the TV connections. Couldn't get terrestrial channels.
