Le Sutra Hotel, Khar, Mumbai

I was asked to pay extra fees though I have booked king room for two people and they asked me to pay extra fees of around 25 USD why I don't know.

Location and compactness. Quiet location in a busy place. Walking distance to lot of buzzing places. Really appreciate the service of the staff

The lift door was too loud

The staff were lovely, the art and decor was brilliant - especially the themes of each room and floor. This hotel is a little hidden gem if you want to stay in Bhandra. The location is fantastic for the area with some nice fancy places within walking distance but it's a bit hard to find as it's kinda tucked away.

There was a bad smell of rotting fish which I think was coming from the drains. Not overly noticeable in the rooms but you did notice it in the bathroom. I'm not sure what they could have done to deal with this though tbh - maybe some incense or other smells to combat it?

Ac is not working properly very bad experience in summer

Good location and must try the nearby restaurants

The property was very clean, the staff were helpful and the rooms and building are unique and delightful

Lovely room very comfortable, lovely spa and great breakfast.

We spent a lot of time in taxis and Ubers. Not close to a station and further from places than we realised. Unless you want to be in Khar or near Bandra West it’s not a great location.
