Lovely, cosy caravan with a nice outside veranda space. Well equipped kitchen and enough space for a small family but perfect for just me and my partner. Everything we needed and able to check in at a time that suited us with the lock box. 5 mins from the beach. The resort has lots to offer but if you'd like to just stick to the beach and walks and local area then you're in the perfect position for that too.

There could have been a little more info in the folder. We wanted lamps in the living room and bedroom and only found them at the end of our stay. Could they have been plugged in ready? But not a huge deal :)

Caravan was very clean and I had a little bit of trouble when the electric tripped but after i phoned Sarah she explained what to do she was so helpful even on a Sunday morning i would highly recommend this Caravan

A great stay in a caravan that was perfect for us. The location was fantastic. It was so close to the beach! There was a freezer section in the fridge which meant we didn't need to spend a fortune on ice creams kiosks as we stocked up on multipacks from the shop. The caravan is in a quiet area. The funfair music played during the day but it never bothered us. We loved it here and hope to return.

A net curtain on the window at the table would have been welcomed

We like how cozy the caravan is. It is clean and comfortable.

Not enough toilet rolls provided for a 4 days stay. No kitchen towels provided.

The accommodation has all necessities like a cooker, air fryer, kettle in kitchen and beds were fairly comfortable. There were extras like tea, coffee and washing up liquid.

The accommodation is right opposite a fairground which plays loud music all day until about 5 or 6 pm everyday. There were piles of dog excrement all over the site and my young son stepped in some at the back of the caravan. This was disgusting and unacceptable. The plates and baking trays were all covered in a layer of grease so all needed cleaning. There were hairs from other guests all over the bedroom. The general cleanliness was poor throughout - dirty bin, mirrors, plates and scratched chairs that had been clawed by a pet. It smelt like dogs inside. The site itself was horrible. Swimming pool was disgusting full of hair, wrist bands and socks floating around in it. Damages and rust all throughout the pool changing areas. The mini golf was damaged and the cafe next to it dirty with dog poo in the outside seating area. Paid for the Cove passes but did not really use these as we didn't like the main areas for entertainment. The arcades were the best but about it. All over very disappointing and so much so, my family and I left 2 days early. When I raised concerns with the owner, I got a couple of replies but then I was ignored following this which was again not acceptable.

Location was perfect, close to my relatives that were also staying in the area. 5 mins walk to the beach.
