O hotel eh lindo pq fica no meio da cidade de eze

Staff muito fraca, não ajudam com nada, nem com reservas no próprio restaurante, pedimos um late check out e nos deram meia hora porque implorei, o estacionamento era super lotado e a comida que pedinos um dia foi super cara do restaurante principal e passamos muito mal, alem de que as acomodações sao antigas, o ar nao funcionava direito etc, so recomendaria pelo lugar mas de resto… muitos outros lugares pra ficar em cote d azur, fora que nao eh um hotel acessivel.

View is the best. Room & bath are large

Restaurants are very limited and terrible taste & overpriced. Also mobile signal is weak & Wifi in room and around hotel is terrible.

The hotel is amazing, located right in the cliff overseeing the seacoast. It is definitely worth visiting.

The location is stunning - no doubt about that. Also the restaurants and the bar are just amazing with extraordinary staff.

However, the problem is that this property really is not a 5 star hotel but more of a cluster of rooms organised around an amazing restaurant. All hotel facilities clearly are not very well maintained with the floor around the pools breaking making it actually dangerous to walk around. The pools are terrible - tiny and the water has so much chlorine in it that it’s almost impossible to stay in the water for longer than a few minutes. Everything is rusty and old. The gym is also really poor for a 5 star hotel. All in all, it’s def worth staying for the view and the food for a night or two but not a week like we did.

The staff were so helpful and kind and eager to please. They helped us organize reservations ahead of time, ensured we were comfortable. The rooms were fantastic! Spacious, modern, beautiful!

We were a little disappointed with the food. We expected to be wowed and we were honestly left unsatisfied. It wasn’t up to the standard of the hotel in our opinion. It wasn’t bad, but its wasn’t great. Which given everything else about the property we had our hopes high. I’d probably not eat there again and would go off property.
