Wunderbare Lage, Restaurant und Cafe mit toller Aussicht, schöne Pools Super Parkservice und Service Personal.

Das Personal vom Restaurant, völlig überfordert, Gläser dreckig, Teller vergessen, Essen auf den Tisch geknallt. Bin ich nicht gewohnt von Relais&Chateau. Vielleicht war es auch einfach nur zu voll.

The location was unique and lived up to its reputation. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating.

The price of breakfast and other incidentals was excessively high. You would do well to review them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Château de la Chèvre d’Or and I would like to share both my appreciation and my disappointment regarding the experience. Firstly, I must say that the property is truly beautiful, and I genuinely appreciated the fact that no unsolicited “upgrade” was made — the room was already so lovely that we even considered returning at the end of our stay on the Côte d’Azur. However, my overall impression was unfortunately affected by an incident during breakfast service. On that morning, as I was entering to take a croissant, a waitress rushed after me in a visibly alarmed manner, making an unnecessary scene to ensure I did not touch anything before she informed me — in a tone I found quite inappropriate — that I would have to pay 47 EUR for breakfast. I then clarified that breakfast was included in my room rate. She told me to “wait outside” while she verified, which I found both unnecessary and humiliating. I reported this incident to the reception immediately, but no action was taken and there was no acknowledgment of the matter. I believe that a guest who chooses to stay in a five-star hotel on the Côte d’Azur is perfectly capable of paying for a 50-euro breakfast if it is not already included. The issue here was not the cost, but the way in which I was treated — with assumptions and a lack of basic courtesy, which is not aligned with the standards I expected from such an establishment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as it reflects both on staff training and guest relations, and I trust you will ensure that future guests are treated with the respect and professionalism expected of a hotel of your calibre.

equipe é educada e prestativa e a vista é deslumbrante.

o quarto cheirava a mofo, podem ser as cortinas e o tapete que nao estão sendo devidamente higienizados. Passamos mal de alergia todos os dias , eu e minha esposa. nos colocaram em um quarto que nao fica dentro do hotel ( ja fiquei hospedado no hotel diversas vezes ) . voce precisava caminhar pela vila , muito, para chegar ate o quarto. a vista do quarto é bonita mas nao justifica , eu nao aluguei um ArBNb para ficar hospedado na vila, eu queria ficar dentro do hotel. E a cozinha , restaurante do hotel está muito fraca precisam rever esse Menu.

It was a unique property … stunning views from our room. In celebration of our 30th the hotel upgraded us to a spectacular room with and endless view. Many thanks to the wonderful staff!
