3 Harbord road

"Just spent a week at this bungalow in Cromer with my daughter and we were not disappointed. It was lovely, warm, and welcoming upon arrival. The kitchen is incredibly cozy, fully equipped with ample saucepans and utensils. We loved the convenience of a large fridge in the kitchen, plus a fridge/freezer and washer-dryer in the utility room.  The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The 'snug' room between the kitchen and living room is a great extra spot for relaxing. Note for guests: There are 3-4 steps down into the main living room, which might be tricky for anyone unsteady on their feet. The living room is comfortable, featuring two sofas and a TV.  The bathroom has a shower cubicle, hand basin, and toilet. Note on plumbing: The shower water takes a moment to warm up, and the drain is a little slow, requiring a short break halfway through a shower to prevent overflow. The toilet seat also tends to slide, as mentioned in previous reviews, so it needs careful use.  We loved watching the shooting stars from the garden at night. Parking is tight on-site, but street parking opposite is much easier. Martyn was a great host, communicating very well. Would definitely return!  Tips for the area: Cromer beach access is quite steep/has metal stairs. We found Mundesley Beach much better for easier access and sand. Definitely visit the Village Chippy in Mundesley—large portions for £12.50!"

Not complaing but the Cutlery (knives & forks) could do with upgrading to a matching set. Forks are alittle on the small side & knives a little too big. A rubber slip mat would be useful in the Shower tray for safety reasons.

Good location accomodation was clean warm and comfortable

Minor things - no bin in bedroom and bathroom no bath mat (had to be careful stepping out of shower) no hair dryer - couldn't find one anyway. A pint of milk in the fridge would have been nice to make a cuppa on arrival. Just minor things and i would stay here again

I like the layout of the property and how it leads down into the living room area. Which had recliners ,fabulous touch of comfort that was. There was two bedrooms to pick from which was great, I opted for the 2nd room in through to the kitchen. Which was a massive size. Everything was there, so very well equipped. Bathroom was decent sized too. Seemed very quite just a tad set back off the main road. Heating wa already on for me too thank you!!!

Hi. Thank you so much for our stay. Perfect. Great location. 15 min stroll into centre. Shop round the corner. Thought of everything in kitchen. Warm and cosy.

Everything we needed was there in the property. The bungalow was very clean comfortable and homely. There was a shop just around the corner with a post office. The bungalow certainly exceeded our expectations.

Good value for money. The bungalow is quite large and well kept, apart from the garden.

The booking information needs to highlight that there are two Harbord Roads. One in Cromer and one in Overstrand. The post code needs to be used to ensure the sat nav goes to the correct one.
