GBGBGBA great place to stay if you are visiting Cromer. We had a lovely stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed.
GBGBOnce inside, a nice comfortable bungalow has plenty of space in a quiet location, not too far to walk into town. Has great potential to excell.
First impression an unpleasant shock, gardens badly neglected front, rear, and sides. Very difficult parking, photo gives completely wrong impression really tight. Needs dropped kerb extending. Would be a good idea to provide drinking and wine glasses and some more breakfast dishes etc.. Having said that. Inside very nice and would return.

Could not park off road Tv not fully working - only internet tv Some pictures of the property not up to date Had to request key code - it wasn’t forwarded before arrival There were cleaning products but most were nearly empty and left all around the property
GBOn the ground floor as I have difficulty with stairs. Heating very good, as it was a cold weekend it was very warm. All in all a comfortable stay, especially for people with walking disabilities.
No Instructions on how to tune T.V. And how to use the cooker. Few more microwaveable dishes. Lounge was a bit bare and couldn’t move furniture to make it a little more cosy. It was difficult to maneuvere car into parking area. Porch area and front door could be washed down.
