Really good location, close to everything. Clean, great host

My friends and I were very scared about the location. Everyone kept telling us that we were staying in a very dangerous neighborhood. When we arrived, thank God the cleaning lady had just gotten there. We paid almost $900 for this place, and honestly, we feel completely scammed. The house is not worth even $30 per day. The location is awful and it feels unsafe, like you could get kidnapped. The sheets did not look clean, the cleaning was zero, and the place smelled really bad.

The location is dangerous. We had to ask all the Uber drivers to wait until we got inside the apartment because we did not feel safe. It looks like a house, and it has a hallway where many people walk by and can easily look inside. There are people living behind the house who constantly pass through this hallway next to the property. They walk back and forth all the time, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, as there is no real privacy. There wasn’t even water in the refrigerator. One of the bedrooms didn’t have an outlet, so we couldn’t charge our phones. In general, the place felt very dirty. The towels smelled really bad.

It was impossible to get in touch with the property. After my initial call, they forwarded my calls straight to voicemail, and I was never able to reach them from my phone number. It was extremely difficult to get hold of them, and when I called from a different phone number, I had to call several times before someone finally answered. Additionally, when I messaged them on Booking.com, they never meaningfully responded or communicated with me and instead repeatedly sent the same generic message stating, “I will get back to you after I check with my management team.” All I wanted was clear communication, but instead they lied, gave me misinformation, and stopped responding. There were also many hidden fees, such as a cleaning fee charged per person. For example, my reservation was listed at $161, but I was ultimately charged $323. Edit: They also stated that they would cancel my partial refund, which they are legally required to provide, unless I removed my review within 24 hours. Please save your two brain cells and don’t book this place.

Me hospedé en la propiedad de San Juan de 3 habitaciones y fue una experiencia excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y cómodo. La casa tiene un ambiente agradable y perfecto para disfrutar con familia o amigos. La ubicación también es ideal para recorrer la ciudad. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudarlo.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Super convenient for anyone wanting to explore the area without needing a car. I’d definitely stay here again!

I travel for work but with my family it was nice and clean space i like it and it was smell good , the location was central and close to wallmart , and drive 9 minutes to beach
