The apartment was very spacious, spotless, and in a fantastic location. The host went above and beyond—extremely friendly. It made our trip to Kyoto so much smoother. Highly recommend!

Location. Staff. Clean. Felt real up class to the cost. You're getting way more than what you are paying for. The host cracked me up. Real nice guy. 5 min walk to e everything. Temples, 711, super market, rent a kimono, food, bus stop. Real nice feel to the place. Definitely would stay here again

Nothing really. Got a small hill climb from the bus stop but that's not the hotels fault. And if you want to avoid it. Get a taxi

The accomodation was super comfortable, beds were the best on my whole trip. Bathroom and bath also great quality. The location also worked well for me as it was a busy area during the day while I was out exploring and quiet at night when I wanted to chill out.

It was tricky to walk past the tv without catching my shirt or bumping with my shouleder. Maybe it could use some kind of shield or barrier or height adjustment so there is more room to walk between the beds and wall mounted tv. Not a big issue though....

"Ottima struttura, dotata di ogni comfort"

Posizione ottima, sia per la visita della città, che per spostarsi in metro e bus al centro di Kyoto. L'Host è estremamente gentile e simpatico. La struttura dispone di ogni tipo di comfort (bagno, vasca/doccia, lavatrice con asciugatrice, cucina)

Il mio consiglio è solo quello di cercare di non essere in più di 4 ad occupare la struttura, per non rischiare di stare un pò strettini. Per il resto, nient'altro da dire, solo un consiglio per vivere l'esperienza a pieno.
