Świetna lokalizacja, aparatament bardzo wygodny i dobrze wyposażony. Personel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny! Dziękujemy z miły pobyt.

Good location, busy yet quiet neighbourhood. Almost daily garbage clearance from the staff

The room was not ready when we arrived bit earlier than informed but it was after the check-in time. Beds in the living room covers most of the space and wall TV is nuisance when walking across the living area. May be remove one of the beds and provide futon option in tatami room. Kitchen not sufficient for cooking and even just heating. Very small bowls, huge heavy glasses and expensive small plates, nothing practical and convenient. Fruit fork in the name of fork. No reusable chopsticks which was unbelievable. When asked for big bowls and chopsticks, we got cheap plastic bowls which can’t be good for heating in the microwave and single use chopsticks. No general use tissues so had to buy them ourselves. We had to struggle for toilet tissue during the weekend since no spare available in the room. It seems the room is considered premium but the service and facilities in the room not up to the standard.

We absolutely loved the apartment. Everything about it! Yutaka was very helpful. He made us feel very special. The best host in Japan! Thank you Yutaka for everything! 🫶

Excellent stay, Yutaka is the best host you could ask for. The location is great, and so close to lots of great sights.
