Super 8 by Wyndham Weston WV

Nothing, I reserved a handicap room since I am an amputee. I only have 1 leg. I was told at property that they gave the 1 handicap room away to someone else. I could have dealt with that but to then give me a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator! That is unacceptable, if I didn't already pre-pay i would have went to another hotel and a refund was not an option.

The front lady's attitude

This hotel is basic, but the rooms are nice and clean and the price is great. We weren't even charged extra for our dogs. The beds are more comfortable than many I have slept in in other more expensive hotels.

The room had a bit of a musty odor. One of the beds was broken and my husband went flying when he sat on the edge of it. However, we were immediately transferred to another room. Just down the hall.

Close to highway and restaurant.

Literally nothing.

The "manager" who left out the fact the only rooms left didnt have a working TV, AFTER selling it to us... so we had to wait 3 days to even get the money back. If I didnt have a 4 year old who was stuck in a vehicle for 10+ hours, would have been no problem but that wasnt the case. If she was entry level, fine but as a manager to say you "didnt think about it" is just not acceptable. 0/10 easily.

Breakfast was okay

Very dirty carpets in hallways and the pictures didn't match the hotel and the refrigerator did not work and the bed sheets were dirty an stains on the towels an toilet.
