Location related to travel to work

Room was not clean, Dust on tv, and cords to clock, and around nightstand. Candy wrappers between nightstand and bed. Pillow and blanket on bench at entrance to hotel. Staff sitting in breakfast area, talking loudly.

The entire place was not clean. My room stunk. I had to open the window when it was 30 degrees outside.

They need new shower curtins and pillows but other than that good

Tv and electric did,t work

The bathroom was clean.

The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was not up to par

The entire hotel was dirty. The only thing that was cleaned in the room was the bedding and trash can. The carpet was filthy. The desk chair was filthy, the inside of the fridge was horrible, the shower head had black mold all over it. I had to clean it myself before I could even shower. The steps had trash and alot of dirt on them. If any other hotel had a room available I would not have stayed.

The price was okay.

The guest population was terrible. The cleanliness was mediocre. The room presentation was poor. The smell of mold was horrific and made me and my kids feel sick within minutes. We could not stay here and had to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. The desk person did not even apologize nor was she surprised. Terrible experience honestly. There was not much that a hotel can do about the type of guests that were staying there, but the quality of work/workers and the conditions of the rooms +especially the mold) is something that should be addressed immediately!

The biscuits and gravy were nice for breakfast. The bedding was comfortable.

Wish they served 1-2 more hot items like eggs and sausage/bacon. There was dirt and small pieces of trash behind the nightstand and between the nightstand and bed. Looked like a small wrapper and tiny twist tie. I couldn't get the cable TV to come on and there were no instructions to show me how.
