"For a trip to the lakes, especially Ullswater, stay here!"

We were looked after very well by our host, Christal, who provided us with a fabulous homemade continental breakfast.

Not a negative, but just be prepared to share a bathroom with the guests in the other room.

Absolutely charming host who obviously takes a real pride in how guests are made to feel welcome and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with plenty of home made elements. Easy to find, we had a one night stopover on a long north/south journey. We were the only guests due to a late cancellation so had the shared facilities to ourselves, but that wouldn't have been an issue for us. We would most definitely stay here again...

Our host Cristel was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, the decor was lovely and we had a very good continental breakfast. We had no problem parking nearby

No problem for us,but some people may struggle with stairs.

"More than just a place to stay!"

You get so much more than somewhere to stay when you book with North View B&B! Christel is so welcoming & you feel relaxed as soon as you enter! The rooms are beautiful as is the whole house! Everything has been thought about! The attention to detail is amazing and we didn’t want to leave! We will certainly be back!

Very neat and tidy, modern twists in a beautiful Victorian town house. View from the window was gorgeous. Toiletries were of a very high standard. Breakfast was home made and delicious.

Everything!! So beautifully appointed, with lovely little touches everywhere, extremely comfortable bed & the most delicious breakfast with all homemade jams (no less than 4types!), granola & yoghurt. All wonderfully hosted by the delightful Christel. Fantastic value.
