"Sweet house with a lovely host"

Fabulous place to stop, so much character ! Room cosy with a brilliant view out the ceiling window. Such a pretty garden. Our host fantastic lovely breakfast with homemade jam for our toast. A place to switch off, no TV in the bedroom which was refreshing !

Carrying our bags up the small stairway, but who likes carrying bags anywhere

We opted for North View B&B for the charitable values of the wonderful host, Christel. The home itself it beautifully decorated with old and new pieces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A delicious breakfast of homemade yoghurt, granola, and preserves. Breakfast was also a lovely time to connect with others and have a pleasant conversation with Christel.

We stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely amazing. Christel was so lovely and an amazing hostess who provided an amazing breakfast. The location was really convenient and she gave us great suggestions for dinner and activities to do around the area. I would definitely recommend her.

Wonderful accommodation. Sumptuous organic homemade food and a great location. Chrystel, the host, is warm and welcoming and an expert source of knowledge about the North Lakes.

"Lovely and friendly place to stay- cheap and cheerful with a touch of fancy"

Christel's place provided a really lovely and welcoming stay with all the little touches to make the place seem luxurious and a little fancy, Great value. The bed was very comfy also. I stayed alone but would come back with my partner. Christel was lovely to chat to and I'd highly recommend trying the pear and vanilla jam at breakfast if it's on offer <3

Nothing :) great little stay whilst I explored the lakes.
