My Quiet Place at The Beacon - Makati City

Great location im Makati. Many shops and restaurants around. Gym and pool in the building. Nice, clean condo and super-friendly, accomodating host. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect

Great appartment, close to the airport by car and in the safe district of Macati. The studio was great, quiet, and in a nice building with good facilities. The ownerwas very nice and the communication easy.

+ It's a small flat in a high building with 24h concierge - check in was straight forward. Also we were accommodated for late check in because of our flight times. Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Can hop on jeepneys in front of the building for quick connection to LTR trains. Good eating options around + large mall just across the road. Building has a pool and good views from rooftop. Good wifi and quiet. Very responsive and helpful owner. Overall good value for money. - Bathroom was not too clean. There's all you need for simple cooking, except a knife that would cut anything beyond butter.

Modern, simple, clean, top internet and great features of the apartment complex (sauna, gym, pool)

The place was a quiet and peaceful one indeed. I had good nights' rest for the whole duration of my stay. Lemm provided clean and pleasant-smelling linens and towels. The kitchenette has the utilities that I needed - kettle, ref, glasses for water/fruit juices, cups for coffee, spoon and fork, bowls, and plates. Since the purpose of my stay is to work from home, fast internet enough to support video/conference calls is a must. There was just a hiccup from the internet provider but Lemm was quick to respond and coordinated with them to have it fixed ASAP. I'm also monitoring my health goals of at least 4500 steps per day and this place offers a jog area and a pool on the 6F. You'll have both the city view and a touch of nature as you follow the jogging path. On top of these complete amenities, Lemm is a great host, who welcomed me warmly to their family's home. He's always quick to respond to my queries and made sure that I'm comfortable all throughout my stay.

I only stayed for 11 hours on transit through manila. the room is not large but adequate. the pool looked nice. view from the observation deck was good. the host was extremely pro active with providing information. would like to have stayed longer.

Great location, comfy apartment, friendly and helpful communication with the owner. We felt very comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed or wanted. Great amenities. Also lots of restaurants very close by.
