My Quiet Place at The Beacon - Makati City

Very good location, around the building you have everything that you need. Amazing views from the top.

We couldn’t use the poll because closes on Mondays, not their fault though.

I like to stay at the Beacon when I'm in Manila. There is a fairly decent gym, a nice swimming pool, and many convenience stores, restaurants and cafes on the premises, plus a mall, laundry shops, and even a great second hand bookstore with some gems nearby (google Book Sale). It's at the borders of Makati, so it's a bit cheaper than the core Makati area but still walking distance from it. The location is perfectly connected to the airport (20 minues by grab) so you won't risk missing your flight. Apartment 1408 Tower 2 has good wifi and AC, and a desk to work at your laptop.

The apartment wasn't very clean (photos attached), and there was an unpleasant smell that could be made more tolerable by turning on the AC and changing the air.

It's looked a good nice and good place because it's nearly restaurants.

Mr. Lemm is a good man. He knows how to make things right. Overall it was a nice stay and I made a true friendship. I will be back.

I realized booking.com is completely useless if something goes wrong.

The view from the viewing deck on the 40+ floor was just stunning! Watching the sunset there is an experience! The Studio was neat and clean, the water pressure + temperature good, only the shower cubicle did leak a little. The surrounding area is packed with good restaurants, lively nightlife and small places with good food :-) All in all a very pleasant stay!

The owner was very polite and friendly
