"SHOCKING - are did not look safe - alcohol bottles both full and empty strewn across the driveway,"

Didn't gain entry

Keys not in key safe, unable to contact owners as lines only open during office hours, booking.com hung up on "waiting" call 3 times took nearly an hour to get an get through, after having spent 45 min trying to contact owners. Then told to wait about 45min while booking.com tried to contact owners through e mail - ignored the fact that we had already done through the app which they could see, 2 disabled 80 year olds in the car from 10pm till midnight waiting on a solution. Finally got into other accommodation which we had to pay for at 3x the cost

Nothing. Dirty, small, dark and the double sofa bed broke. The fire alarm is even tied on with tape!

Nothing, very dirty needs to be properly cleaned . Bathroom very filthy. Was very disappointed with the accommodation.

Nothing it stunk of cigarette smoke. Walked straight back out and booked a travel lodge AVOID!!!!

Location good

TV didn’t work, bath didn’t work. Bedroom linen not clean, bedroom curtain very thin so couldn’t have light on and get changed. No lamps so only had main lights. We eventually went to another hotel.

Nothing. Bare wires. No WiFi No TV Bed was broken

The broken bed. No WiFi. Broken TV. Sink taps were lose. There were exposed electrical wires. The room smelt bad
