Our hosts, Monica and Fred were very welcoming and hospitable and also informative re the surrounding area. The accomodation was very clean and as advertised, completely suitable for our stay. The area was very scenic and 30 mins easy drive to U. L where the Gaynor Cup took place, the object of our stay. Thank you Monica and Fred, hope to be back with the kids. ❤️

The rain when it eventually arrived. The West of Ireland eh!! 😃

"De belles ballades près du lac et à Killaloe, à quelques minutes en voiture seulement"

Emplacement exceptionnel, en campagne, verdoyant et calme. Accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes. Le cottage est pittoresque et authentiquement rustique, bien restauré. La pièce principale et la cuisine sont fonctionnelles.

La literie n’est pas de bonne qualité et il faudrait d’avantage nettoyer les poussières, les couvertures. Dans la salle de bain il manque des accessoires pour poser les vêtements lors de la toilette, il n’y a pas de prise pour un sèche-cheveux

Superb, scenic location and yet close enough to Killaloe and shops. Hosts were exceptional, offering advice about local area and checking we were all happy and comfortable. Gorgeous, rustic little cottage with exposed wooden beams and fabulous log burner, felt like a home from home. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful location peaceful and quiet and only a stones throw from Killaloe for shops and places to go out. Authentic cottage experience. And Fred and Monica were fantastic hosts - friendly and welcoming. All in all we had a beautiful stay and it was hard to leave!
