SUNNY - Resort Villas & City Apartments 2

This is the apartment in the city. The location was so central and great. Easy access to everything. sunny and the team was amazing. They organized complimentary transport to and from the apartment which was approx 45/1 hour from cam ranh airport. The team is Very easy to communicate with consistently in contact via WhatsApp. The apartment itself is a lil dated but comfortable.

정말 최악의 숙소 였습니다. 처음부터 끝까지 명확하지않고 흐리멍텅하게 일 하는 매니저 때문에 해외에서 살다가 3년만에 베트남에서 만난 가족들과 최악의 시간을 보내고 왔습니다. 나트랑 시티에 위치한 빌라를 예약했지만 예약 당일날 공항 근처 빌라로 갈 것인지 시티에 있는 4베드룸 아파트로 갈 것인지 선택을 강요 받았고 시티에 아파트로 갔지만 그 곳은 청소도 제대로 되지않고 바퀴벌레가 나오는 2베드룸 아파트 두 채 였습니다. 침구류도 꿉꿉하고 습해서 다음날 롯데마트에서 담요를 사서 침대에 깔아 썼고, 결국 late check out (마지막날 밤 10시 30분 체크아웃) 조건으로 공항 근처 리조트로 옮겨 갔지만 그 약속마져 지켜지지 않고 나가길 강요 당했습니다. 6시 부터 밀어닥치는 청소부들과 입씨름을 해야했고 7시 경에는 아직도 우리가 그곳에 있다는데 놀랍다는 조롱을 당했습니다. 계속 말 바꾸는 매니져, 바뀌는 스케줄로 스트레스는 극에 달했으며 결국 가족들과의 마지막 시간은 서운함과 아쉬움이 아닌 화와 흥분으로 가득찬 상태에서 보내게 되었습니다. 숙소라도 좋았던지, 매니저라도 좋았다면 이렇게 속상하진 않았겠네요. 너무너무 실망입니다. 별 한개도 아깝네요

Отличный дом, очень удобная и быстрая коммуникация с отелем. Быстрое и спокойное заселение!

Wir sind zu viert angereist und wurden bereits erwartet und diverse Dinge wurden bereits im Vorfeld per WhatsApp abgeklärt. Wir haben ein 70m² Apartment gebucht und uns wurde direkt bei der Anreise ein deutlich größeres Apartment mit 120m² als kostenfreies upgrade angeboten was wir auch angenommen haben. Das Apartment ist im 26. Stock des TUI Blue gelegen mit einem Atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer. Es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt und es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Und ehrlich gesagt war es das erste mal in Vietnam, dass wir einen hervorragenden Service ohne seltsame Diskussionen genießen durften. Danke dafür!

Просторные комнаты, удобные кровати, стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска, хорошо оборудованная кухня – всё, что нужно для самостоятельного приготовления еды. Есть балкон. Всё продумано до мелочей. По заказу уборка в апартаментах. Рекомендую!

Шум за окном

Our host was incredibly communicative and accommodating. It was very helpful to know we could have our questions answered and any needs met almost immediately. The room was suitable to our needs, with enough space, effective air-conditioning, and the balcony with view was amazing. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have a washing machine and washing line! Free transport offered by the host to/from the accommodation was an excellent bonus. The pool and kids playroom were great, along with nice cocktails by the pool. The view from the pool was very impressive!! The buffet breakfast was high quality, and the guys making eggs were cool under pressure, which we admired. The TV had access to apps like YouTube and Netflix. Location was perfect!

The finishing touches in the room were not completely perfect, for example, a bedside drawer that was broken and some staining on the chairs. The building appears to be shared between a hotel and serviced apartments; the hotel contrasted with the apartment side has a more premium feel/approach, mainly at reception. Otherwise, the common facilities are shared. The spa and sauna was out of order. Unsweetened milk at the buffet breakfast was scarce to nil, and there were minimal sweet treats/no pastries.
