Khi nhận book trên app, có nhắn tin xác nhận này nọ, ngày đi trưa mình cũng alo nói tới nhận phòng trễ xíu thì nói OK để sắp xếp, tới lúc gia đình mình đi gần tới nơi thì alo lại nói hệ thống bị lỗi kêu cancel book, nói khách tự đi kiếm ksan khác ở đi. Sẽ ko có lần thứ 2 cho ksan này

Exceptional good customer service, short distance to about everything.

The only reason i didn’t give full score in everything was i was missing a sofa or chair that was a little more comfortable than the sofa that was there something to just sit and relax. But i have no complaints at all 🤩

Location. Communication.

Location: The hotel is situated in a great area with plenty of food and shopping options nearby, making it very convenient for exploring. Communication: We appreciated the good communication via WhatsApp. One staff member confirmed our travel dates, provided a food recommendation, and were available to answer any questions we had.

Room Maintenance: The rooms were substandard and poorly maintained. We found only one small rubbish bin in the entire apartment, which was quite inadequate. Lack of Essentials: There was no drying rack for dishes or dish towels, and the bath towels provided were old and threadbare. Kitchen Issues: We had no hot water in the kitchen, and there was no drinking water or tissues provided. Cleanliness Concerns: Insect casings were visible on the ceilings, and the children's playroom was filthy. Bathroom Hazards: The showers had no barrier, resulting in water flooding the entire bathroom—a significant safety concern, especially with young children. Room Features: One bedroom had a tiny window that overlooked the hallway, which felt quite claustrophobic. Staff Attitude: The staff was not very friendly, particularly when they realized we were staying in the serviced apartment rather than the hotel itself. Payment Issues: The biggest problem for us was the requirement to pay in cash (VND) upon check-in, citing credit card security issues. This felt dishonest, especially since the hotel indicated on Booking.com that credit cards were accepted.
