Beddings was not checked, no pillow case. Could do with better Beddings. Booked for a double bed, got 2 single beds

The host refused to let me visitor in because they came late. There was a bad traffic in Manchester due to football match which we have no control over, we pleaded with him and explained the bad traffic, the host was rude and ask us to pay additional £30 which is not fair because because my visitors is only staying there for four house. I had to book another place for them. I want my full refund please

The meaness of the host and his bad attitude

This property is horrendous the staff are ignorant..the rooms are nothing like on the pictures..and they try to charge you a late fee after 8pm at night even tho I was here for 8:15 because of my train been delayed..the beds still have stains on them the toilets are in a dire state..I would not recommend staying at this shitehole you would come out with more bites than ever it’s a total diveeeee

There was nothing to like, this place was not as advertised.

The host immediately tried to get more money out of us, requesting a £35 cash deposit for a key to our room that we had booked for 2 nights, he did not even have key to give us so wherever went went during our visit we had to make sure that we took all our valuable belongings with us. Tried charging an extra £5 for breakfast that I had already book for my wife and I. And insisted that our identification was scrutinised as "we need to check that you are legal". The room was disgusting, hardly any bedding and pillows that felt like as lumpy as an old roman road. Cleanliness was below par, please see the provided photos. Advertised with tea and coffee facilities, yet there was nothing available to us in our room. Advertised as a garden view, we could not see the garden, we saw into the houses at the back. The shared bathroom was disgusting. Bar of soap with hair on it, filthy shower head that clearly needs replacing. Again please see the photos. Flooring throughout was springy and dipped in places when stood on. The property is like a construction site. Smelled strongly of marijuana throughout the premises. We have not eaten there, we have not showered and we felt dirty and unsafe. This was a very upsetting and stressful stay, we could not wait to get out. I would advise this place to be avoided at all cost.

The breakfast was amazing, the owner made me feel like a welcoming home. He offered tea and coffee for the new guests to welcome them.

Nothing could anyone like about this property. It’s absolutely awful.

It is so dirty and not well maintained. The smell of the property disgusting. Once you step onto the property, you will be hit by a whiff of bad smell. I was extremely disappointed to realise that there is no private bathroom. The shower is too old and broken and the smell is unbearable. The stairs are risky to climb and there is no consideration to health and safety. The bed linens are creased and badly applied. They smell of cheap offensive fragrance. I believe they stored in a damp place and never been aired. The furniture seems to be a second hand, too old and broken. The place is not fit for human residence. The worst of all is the landlord. He is rude and abrupt. I had witnessed few heated arguments with the residents. I chose to stay at work for few hours after finishing work to avoid being in that place.
