Stunning apartment in fantastic location. Great communication with check-in and quick to respond to questions.

The wifi speed could be better.

Very cosy and spacious flat, all equipped. Very central in Ortigia, yet super quiet and peaceful which we appreciated a lot. Last but not least, Fabio’s availability and his restaurants’ suggestions that were delicious.

Very nice appartment with a small terrace,well designed situated in old jewish neighbourhood,7 minutes walking to main spots from Ortigia. The owner is very polite and helpfull.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed and linens were great.

Three things.. The online registration system was painful; the drop-down menu options did not recognize (and therefore accept) a Canadian passport; it took over an hour to complete, but the staff were helpful when we were frustrated. The entrance hall and stairs should be on motion detector lights because the switches are very difficult to find in the dark. The washer/dryer were excellent but they are not in 'your private kitchen' as represented on the website; they are located on the ground floor common entrance hall. This was not a problem for us because in February not all of the units were full. But in the summer it might not be so easy to use.

Exceptional property. Beautifully decorated, comfy bed and high quality bedding. Location is perfect, quiet tiny street away from bars guaranteeing you good night sleep, but close to everything to get your morning coffee within minutes. The host is super friendly and welcoming. Apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.
