Rua 39 fine apartments by Dimore in Sicily

Fabio took us in at the last minute when we had to leave another apartment due to poor conditions. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations off the beaten path. Great stay!

Fabio was an excellent host and the apartment was located in a quiet spot, close to the sea, good restaurants and a supermarket. The apartment was very clean and the decor tasteful.

The location is perfect if you want to spend some time in Ortigia. The building seems newly renovated.

It misses a lot of details that are important in terms of hospitality: - the bed was not comfortable and the AC made some noise - there was a foul odor in the bathroom - I had to buy soap for the shower because there was none - I had to buy olive oil because there was only a few left - the host was absent and send us a video to check-in. When I misunderstood something, he told me to « watch the video ». The check-in could be a little bit more fluid and warm. - you have to take care of all the garbage, if not, you have to pay about 80 euros.

Exceptional home by the seaside located steps from the sea. Well appointed modern furnishings. The home was furnished with all the basic amenities and more. Steps from swimming by the sea boardwalk restaurants shops and supermarket. Easy checkin, access and a very responsive host. We would stay again hands down when visiting Marina di Ragusa.

Everything was perfect

Good location and facilities in Ortigia, Fabio is a great host, contactless check in which worked great as we arrived at 11pm.
