"Oberflächlich gereinigtes Appartement ohne funktionierenden Geschirrspüler in guter Lage mit fast einer Stunde Wartezeit"

Neubau und trotz der Nähe zur Schnellstraße relativ ruhig. Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Gute Heizung.

Mussten fast eine Stunde nach vereinbarten Check-in mit Baby vor dem Tor warten ehe wir den Schlüssel zur Unterkunft bekommen hatten. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung wurde der Geschirrspüler nicht repariert bzw ersetzt und 5 Tage lang im Urlaub Abwaschen war nicht angenehm. Küche war nicht als sauber zu betrachten. Gründliche Reinigung erfolgte bei Übernahme erst durch uns. Küche sehr spartanisch eingerichtet.

The location was great. Easy access into the city, restaurants, sightseeing, etc. The accommodation itself was excellent. Very comfortable. We had easy access. No issues whatsoever. But Andrew was on hand if we did. Andrew also upgraded my father and I to the penthouse suite. Well, it made my father's day! Thanks so much, guys. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again without hesitation. Glenda 😊
