Excellent host. We found Gianfranco very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and well kept. The location is close to centre. There are also a lot of shops and amenities close by.

The apartment is clean, modern, functional and with many additional facilities that make your stay easier, literally everything you need in the house. You can see that it is furnished with taste and love. The mattresses are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious enough, the bathroom is equipped, the towels are nice and soft, the kitchen is well equipped with appliances and dishes. The apartment is in a good location for exploring Catania. It's easy to get to the center and it's close to sightseeing on foot. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the apartment itself is in the yard, which is always locked with a large metal gate. The owner is extremely kind and accommodating. He answered all our questions and provided help when we needed it. He allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, although he didn't have to, which meant a lot to us because of the flight schedule. If we come to Catania again, we would be happy to return to the same apartment and with the same owner.

It's hard to find a parking space, but that's not the problem of the apartment but of the whole of Catania and Sicily as far as I've noticed. As for the apartment, I liked everything, I have no complaints.

Outstanding, fully-equipped apartments in a quiet and closed territory. There's a convenience store nearby, and the old town center is just a 10-minute walk away. The hosts are always available to assist with any inquiries. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at La casa di Eli. The house was clean, new and spacious for 6 people ! Everything we needed was there. We were sad to leave and hope to come back The owners were very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. There was even a welcoming gift.

There was a problem with the electricity but the owners solved it quickly and promised to fix it soon.
