Host was very good and welcoming

It was not clear that it was a shared bathroom situation.

Belle was very friendly and informative and the kitchen had a great variety.

Belle! She was the most gracious host ever and so much fun. There were many thoughtful touches to the room and she even offered to turn on our space heater and electric blanket so we’d be warm when we came home from our day of exploring! Very highly recommend! We’d stay here again for sure.

A nice clean comfortable room. The host is very pleasant and amenable. Full kitchen facilities at your disposal. Off street parking is limited but on street parking available in what seems to be a quiet and secure district. The area seems to be well served by a frequent bus service. A nice place to stay so much so that I have booked a room for my return to Wellington in a couple of weeks time.

The host Belle is super friendly and always available, she lives in another house nearby. The kitchen and the floors were clean. You can use a really good washing machine and a dryer for free she also has lines and pegs. The bathroom is spacious and bright. My flight had a delay so she offered me to fetch me from the airport for 30$. We stopped at pack'n'save at the way back home. It is really a quite area and the bed in the small room was comfy.

The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and also the other it wasn't cleaned only on my last day. My room was the smallest one of the three rooms, in the morning the sun hits the wondow and it gets really bright and hot in there. You can only open the little windows. But these are minor aspects, if you want it quite and comfy I would recommend staying there. I would come again!
