CZWe booked the room few hours before our arrival. The communication with the owner was great. When we arrived she welcome us, explain us everything and provide us with some drink. It was so nice! There was also possibility to wash our laundry. I haven't seen such a service all around the New Zealand. It was very nice experience, thank you very much for your house and your hospitality.
We were little bit tired, but owner wanted to talk a lot. It was nice talk, but I was looking forward to rest a little bit :-) But everything was okay!
NZIt's a beautiful little property that has every amenity including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, full bathroom, and comfy beds. The best part for us was meeting Belle, the owner/manager. She's a delightful person!

SEThere is no food served (this was clearly communicated), but many many snacks are provided and there is kitchen with tea/coffee and milk available. Super quiet area. We got free plants!
Bed was slightly uncomfortable because it had slipped off the slats, but after fixing that it was dine. The room was cold, but a heater was provided, apparently there is usually a heat pump, but it had to be disconnected due to renovations.

NZDue to the cancellation of the ferry to Picton, we had to extend our stay. It's just a 15-minute drive to the Interislander ferry. The host is extremely detail-focused. The bed is firm enough to offer the support to the back and soft enough to help enjoy a sound sleep. It's just a home away from home.
