"It did the job for us nicely and we would definitely re-book."

The property was a good balance of value for money and geographical location. Ideally we would have been nearer the city centre, but such properties are expensive and we were on a budget.

Knowsthorpe is quite run down and we would not have wanted to walk around the area at night, so we used the Uber service to get back to the property of an evening.

Unprofessional host. Stay away from this property. I’ve been asking for my damage deposit for the last 3 weeks. After confirming no damage to the property, they keep promising to refund £100 damage deposit but still no communication and still no refund. I’ve complained to booking.com to investigate and suspend their booking. Com account.
