Armchairs need a steam clean, tv needs tuning in and the bath has a leak.

Early check-in was possible, nice, and helpful staff 👍

Location was good close to everything we needed

The place itself wasn't very clean the covers and pillows had stains the beds were uncomfortable. Empty shower bottles left around bath. WiFi did not work.

Pros: bedrooms were nice, enough space and comfortable. Nice modern beds. A triple room (double and a single) and then a twin room. Close to lots of attractions, we walked to the seafront in about 15 mins. Drove 15 mins to Pleasurewood hills. Flat was clean (ISH).

Cons: Poor information on the booking. I had no idea it was up 3 flights of stairs. This was really difficult as it was just myself and my son with special needs, we can both manage stairs ok but trying to get all our stuff up and down the stairs safely on check in/out was extremely hard work, especially the top set of stairs which was steep and narrow. Nowhere comfortable to relax. My main reason for booking a flat instead of a hotel was we had a living room to relax in, but there is no sofa, just 3 armchairs facing the kitchen (not the TV!?) which weren't comfortable and I ended up laying on the bed watching TV on my laptop which was exactly what I wanted to avoid in a hotel. Kitchen wise it was ok for the 2 of us but you wouldn't be able to have 5 people eating or drinking at the same time as there isn't enough cutlery/plates/glasses etc for 5 people. First thing I noticed was there's only 2 forks! Ok for us but id have been really annoyed if there was 5 of us. There was 2 pint glasses and one wine glass, so you'd have to use mugs if 5 people wanted a drink. I understand things get broken or taken but this should be factored in by the owners. WiFi was advertised as "free in all areas". This was not the case. No information was provided on arrival and after sending messages, I got given a password on day 2 for a WiFi network that constantly had no signal. There was WiFi extenders in the hallway/communal areas so looks like they are trying to use one WiFi network for all of the flats in the building - this was never going to work well. So I had to use my phones data and hotspot. Really annoying as I'd hoped to get work done on my laptop while here. Car park advertised as on site. It's a small car park a short walk from the building, which we managed to park in when we first arrived, but once we went out we came back to find no spaces left which remained the case for the rest of the stay.

Not much, if I was being picky I would say the stairs up to the flat are a little steep and not ideal for anyone elderly but that’s it
