Entire Two Bedrooms Flat, 1F

cosy. new oven hob. quiet.

didn't know it was up steep stairs, couldn't get WiFi, wrong password, no bathroom sink plug, knob on bedside drawer missing, tin opener didn't work, ceilings very low, I am 6 ft tall! Info & communication could be better, info leaflets about flat & area would help.

clearly had not been cleaned crumbs and grease or something in drawers cutlery not clean put us off using

The flat (1F) was very spacious,clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay....fresh towels, toilet rolls, and all kitchen ware pots pans etc. Felt like home from home. Great storage as well for cases shoes etc....a lovely flat and couldn't hear noise from other flats. Nice quiet area opposite boats. 3 min walking to town centre, restraints, shops 7 min walk to beach/sea front.. Easy access to property with key code pad. Had a fantastic stay of 1 week.

WiFi signal wasn't good and would of been nice to have a broom to sweep up....did have a dustpan and brush tho but was a pain as myself and partner both got back issues.

Loved the location, and the set up of the property upon 1st looks the place looked pristine. Tea and suger was available so after purchasing some milk a nice cup of tea went down a real treat. I also liked how secure the property was my partner and kids all said they felt safe, kids was very happy the TV had netflix and youtube so they could watch their favourite shows when we wasn't at the sea front.

The WiFi signal kept cutting off and was becoming frustrating, laying down on the single bed In the room with the double bed i looked up to see what looked like a spiders next and a few other bugs on the ceiling(which I disposed off, also my son had a little accident on one of the duvet sheets so I stripped the duvet only to see the actual state of the duvet was disgusting and should be binned along time ago. And lastly wasn't a fan of the bath as it seemed having a shower was the only option and I love my baths. Other than them 4 things all 5 of us really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back for another little holiday.

Location was good for us visiting the stadium.

Dated. Uneven floor, which is dangerous. I’m 6’5 and found myself having to watch my head under beams. Couldn’t get the shower to work, it has one of them 1970s mixer taps. Food left in freezer. Couldn’t get the bedroom windows closed so we had to listen to seagulls right outside the place all night. Beds uncomfortable. I’m surprised this place meets regulations. £150 for 1 night doesn’t seem like good value to me either. Wouldn’t stay again.
