GBHouse was good sized, comfortable, lovely and clean. Fabulous kitchen with lots of storage, it made me think about changing mine. Really comfortable beds that suited everyone. Loved the toilet facilities with downstairs toilet so no need to go upstairs. Hadn't expected the en suite so was pleasantly surprised. Private parking was a bonus.
Lockbox was difficult to get into, I couldn't manage and husband broke his nail getting into it! Was disappointed there was no welcome pack as all other properties we've stayed in had these - glad we'd stopped off for basics. Found the empty picture hooks a bit off putting. The blind in the main bathroom didn't work, the shower door needs fixing and there was a blocked/?broken gutter above back door that gushed water due to the amount of rain we experienced. There was a ninja toilet seat in the main bathroom that you had to hold open whilst you did your business as it closed immediately. The above mentioned did not detract from our stay in any way and is perhaps being over critical so don't be put off staying here as we enjoyed being there.

On-suite bathroom shower door was difficult to open and close, cot was not provided as asked.
CAAccommodation was great. Clean and comfortable. Very spacious and had everything we could have asked for. Owners provided all information needed in a very timely manner. Very easy to access the ferry to Mull.

ZAThe house internally is well maintained and furnished. Kitchen area and amenities are modern and in working order . Spacious and clean. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms , one with a bath and main room has an on-suite shower. Also a downstairs toilet , therefore three toilet facilities.
Improvements could be as follows , either we misunderstood or weren’t aware of a tumble drier facility . The washing machine was only for washing, thus drying of clothes is a challenge especially in rainy weather conditions. For longer stays heated towel rails would help to enable towels to dry if reusing them, however this is not a challenge in short stays. Potential sleeper couch in bottom lounge may enable a wheelchair bound person to stay in the bottom lounge therefore greater clientele.
