The house was very roomy and the kitchen was wonderful. Loved the washing machine and drying rack

I was disappointed that the soap containers had little or no soap in them for the bathrooms , also no shampoo or blow drier for the hair.

Spacious house very conveniently situated for visiting Oban, ile of Mull…etc. Very clean. Great communication with the owner. Enough space for a group of 5 (extended family). Toilets on ground floor and 2 additional on 1st floor. Big fridge and access to a backgarden. There is a dishwasher and all the products available. A washing is also available but I did not used it. Great WiFi. Good to have a driveway

My cousin stayed in the 3rd bedroom with the small bed and said the bed could have been more confortable. Please add a hairdryer for next customers. A few more glasses and cups, cutlery would have been nice so that we could do 2 consecutive meals easily. Overall had a great stay here

3 bedroom property in a great location. Spacious bedrooms, living room & kitchen area. 3 bathrooms. Perfect accommodation for what we required in Oban. Sky TV was an extra bonus but we never used this as we were only in the property to sleep.

Parking. The property is in a small cul-de-saq with a very small tight drive. There was an inconsiderate neighbour who parked a work van directly opposite the driveway, which gave me very little room to enter the drive. I have quite a big car so it was already a tight squeeze without the added obstruction. I know nothing additional can be done with the parking, but asking neighbours to be more considerate would be an option. Beds were a bit uncomfy, not the best quality of mattress’ especially in the 3rd bedroom with the single bed.

- Informed the owner we would be arriving late when we booked (under special requests in booking form) - No email received the day before arrival so had no details of how to enter the property. May have been a problem with website but owner has made it obvious she didn't believe me. Not very pleasant. - No cot set up for our baby and no instructions provided the day before on how to put it up. Had to message at 11pm to ask. Owner said it was my fault for not informing them I was going to be arriving late otherwise they would have done it. Strange as I had informed them in my booking. Also said I should have looked back at details from time of booking on where to find things (seems just very unhelpful. Normally I receive everything I need to know the day before). - No sheets provided for the cot. Another curt message saying "guests bring their own sheets or I could borrow some adult bed sheets. I had not been told to bring any prior to booking. - I felt a partial refund was due because the difficulty resolving all of these issues meant my baby woke up (& stayed awake for 3 hours) rather than transferring peacefully as she normally does. Owner told me it was all my fault.

The property was immaculate and easy to access. We booked this for our trades team when they were working at a site in Oban. There was nothing that we could fault. It was excellent. The communication from the host was great and timely. Excellent instructions for accessing the house.

Lovely clean spacious home, within walking to Oban centre. Bedrooms are big, and beds are really comfortable, bonus ensuite in master, big bathroom upstairs and WC downstairs, everything you need is there, big dining table for family meals and a garden that the kids could get out to play in while we were in the property. Parking in the drive way was also a big bonus. Host was so helpful and on hand when I needed to get InTouch about anything and to extend our stay. Would highly recommend this property especially for families visiting Oban.

The only thing I'd have liked is a hairdryer, apart from that it was perfect.

Very clean and spacious with well equipped kitchen.

Needs a bit more furniture in bedrooms and bins in bathrooms. Bed linen could be better.
