21 Bronze Bay Umhlanga Rocks

The location. The view was spectacular. The view alone made up for everything. The property was very clean, and well taken care of. The access to the beach was easy and convenient. The furniture and decorations was beautiful and it was a walking distance from the mall and a lot of other things. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

There were too many warnings about a lot of things and fines it made you uncomfortable to use or touch anything such as "if this cupboard is found open..." I understand people can be careless but it felt a little threatening. A simple " please do not open" will suffice. There were days were there was no water. Couldn't shower and the water pressure was too low. The shower head is just ridiculous and needs to be changed. It is an easy cheap upgrade that will make a big difference to guest. The place also needs a dust bin. I couldn't find a bin in the apartment and couldn't locate a bin outside the apartment. Had to keep trash in a plastic bag outside the door. Very unseemly.

Excellent location on the beach front with easy access to the promenade. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The following needs attention: *Security gate difficult to unlock *Bedroom cupboard doors and drawers difficult to open and close *Balcony sliding door difficult to open and close *Fridge very old and rusty

Fabulous location!

The stairs were a challenge with an 80 year old in tow. Parking can also prove to be difficult as the bays/garages are small.

No breakfast, self catering is useful, nothing is needed at the your unit, it is well arranged

Gas braai needs improvement, blocked drain needs attention, it is smelly, water lying front of veranda? Otherwise all good, stairs carrying luggage’s and bags going up is difficult, we should be allowed to use stairs for luggage’s, we managed stairs but with luggage
