GBCaravan was clean and spacious. Great location and site facilities. Owner was very helpful with assisting with the booking of the site passes. Site passes are additional but reasonably priced. Caravan had WiFi and the TV had Netflix, etc. Owner is easily contactable and responds quickly.
Nothing to dislike. We would happily rebook this Caravan and highly recommend.

GBAndy is a lovely fella, superb communication! Great location with a short cut to the supermarkets and leading into Skegness high Street and beach. South facing so had sunshine when it decided to come out. We will definitely use the accommodation again.
Nothing but remember to bring towels and your entertainment passes need to be purchased through Havan direct. They are not essential but if you want to swim and go to the entertainment venue then you need them.

GBI liked the caravan, how there was a lot of space and how it was easy to get around, it was clean, comfortable and relaxing. I liked the outside seats to sit down on and liked how inside the caravan was ways for us to entertain ourselves like the TV for late nights.
The heating wasn't working nor was the grill on the oven. Grill in oven when switched on left a strong gas smell leaving us slightly worried about something going wrong. Grill in oven is major priority for this section.
GBIt was a great place to relax, close to supermarkets and Skegness Vegas. The living room was comforting and enjoyable to stay in, very clean. The rooms were a decent size and enough space to move around.
The front door was not very easy to open, would take a few tries to finally open it. Also the porch stairs felt fragile to step on, but that was not a huge overall issue for us.
