GBThe place was lovely and clean, the gentleman who I rented it from was very helpful, he messaged me on arrival to made sure everything was OK, couldn't of asked for anymore.
Everything was perfect

Gas fire didn’t fire up , but Andy sorted this fairly quickly
GBKitchen was lovely only used for breakfast Toilet and shower room ok shower not very powerful kept going hot and cold
There was no clean bedding had to go shopping and buy pillows and duvet and duvet set as the bedding didn’t smell nice the bedding on the bed smelt of sweat and also bedding under bed smelt not nice I also left the new pillows for the next person Also the seating area in dinning living area needs a good shampoo to make it smell fresh and clean
GBThe caravan it self was amazing the site it self was not worth the money we paid tye passes was 220 and all it got us was swimming I could not use gym or spa and entry to club was not worth what we paid the caravan qas amazing and we loved that just not the site
Passes was 220 could only use swimming pool and entry to club on had to pay extra for gym and spa and the food option on site was not good over all the haven site not worth the money I paid the caravan was amazing
GBAndy was really helpful and contactable if needed. Free WiFi was great as was the smart tv for the evenings we spent in. Beds were comfy. All facilities worked as expected. Nice location on site away from the amusements so nice and quiet. Local tesco, aldi and morrisons all walkable distances, 15 to 20 minutes, as is the beach and main centre. Recommend anyone going to fantasy island in Ingoldmells, a 20 drive away. Seal sanctuary was also a good day out. Best fiah and chips was Seaview fisheries, near the seal sanctuary on Seaview Road.
