It was comfortable, very close to the cathedral and Geno, the owner was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everything was extremely clean and we were able to use the kitchen. I thoroughly recommend this property and will probably stay there again.

"I just left..."

Nothing good. I just left. Horrible.

It is a room in a very old apartment. I truly felt scared. The photos do not depict the real room. It is a very, very old room! The access corridor is from a serial killer movie, very dark, dirty, and with an awful smell. The lady did not speak English very well and did not utter a word of Spanish. The bathroom is just horrible, dirty, old and with those awufll toilet carpets. In the room, the window was cracked, and when I closed the door, the curtains colapsed. I just left and made a complaint in booking, the photos from booking give a hint of what to come but the reality is far worse. It is not an acceptable place to be in booking.
