"Very central and comfy room, great cost/benefit"

We liked the localization, very close to the Plaza Mayor and the monuments of the city. Bars and restaurants are just donwstairs, which is very convenient. The host was very patient and explained everything.

For us it was not really a problem, but some people might find the street quite noisy during late hours. The noise pretty much stops around midnight which is quite early for Spanish standards.
