Rooms are spacious and clean. Views are terrific. The restaurant is really good,. The pool area is nice. Train noise is not as intrusive as one might think, but freight trains do pass by the hotel. I always sleep well here. Feels super safe, too. Best choice close to 40 anywhere near this area, so much nicer than Kingman or Needles.

The hot water wasn't as hot as I would like for a shower.

Location off old Route 66 and close to the highway and the river is nice. Place was in good shape with many things in the room being relatively new. Pool looked nice. Views from the balcony were great!

Nobody on duty for check-in around 10pm, and had to call them on the phone to come. Had to sign too many disclaimers. Right next to trains which run frequently and are loud. Water pressure in shower is terrible.

All the facilities feel brand new, and work perfectly The property is in a unique location close to the freeway, but with no other distractions around, right on the river with river views from every room

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and beautifully designed. Right on the water and on Route 66. Staff were friendly, helpful and sweet. Restaurant wasn’t great. Highly recommend this place!

Have nothing to add. It was wonderful.

The place was very nice. It was clean. Overall, the very nice, comfortable place to stay. I will stay there again.

The hotel is clean, new, decent, and worth the money. The view from the window is excellent. But keep in mind that there is a train passing nearby, and you might hear it. The hotel itself has nothing to do with it.
