Topock66 Hotel

Huge room. Great view. Great location.

The only blemish to this place is the constant run of the train…..right next door. If you sleep like a log you’ll have no problem. However if you’re a light sleeper like myself..,,prepare for a very long night. At time it sounds like a literal jet taking off outside your room.

Beautiful room super clean.

We were driving a very big moving truck and the exit is very hard to maneuver. Almost tipped over trying to go uphill on the very narrow rd. We had to reverse out and that was also dangerous due to the traffic. Not really their fault just our circumstances.

Not too busy this early in the season. Busy enough. The rooms were huge. Everything you could want… tv trays, beach towels, 16 lb bag of ice daily! The two employees that we spoke with at length were super helpful & seemed to authentically enjoy people. Beds were amazing. Sheets SMELLED great… just faintly.

Can’t think of anything

Loved everything about this property. Friendly service, new hotel with the most tasteful Route 66 decor. Large kitchen area, sitting area, big screen tv, beautiful bathroom and patio with a sitting area overlooking The Colorado River. Best hotel experience in years. Fabulous restaurant with tons of seating outside overlooking the River and boats. Pool is gorgeous.

Nothing. Train goes by often but really neat to see.

There are a few gnat-type flying bugs out there door but it’s only because the hotel is right on the water. The rooms are spacious, updated and very clean. Pretty views of the Colorado river.

Easy access to the launch ramp and river. The restaurant offers a lot of tasty options for meals. Overall atmosphere is a lot of fun.

The hotel office being closed a lot and at random times. Have to walk back and forth to marina store and or restaurant to talk to staff about stay and check in. No Ice machine but they do offer vouchers for bags of ice at the store.

It was very clean. Everybody was very kind. Liked having a restaurant on the premises.

I gave it a high score because the room is beautiful and clean and has an amazing view over the water. The staff were very polite and helpful. It’s nice to have a restaurant on site, especially since the resort is 18 miles from Needles.

It seems like everything is an up charge. After a long few days of driving, I got there at 1:00 and was told check in was at 3:00 unless I wanted to pay $75! Usually, places will let you in early if there are cleaned rooms available. The restaurant was expensive which I think was because it’s so far from other places to eat. $16 for a salad without any protein. The big shocker was the pet fee. I understand some motels will charge a fee your pet, usually $15 to $20. Some charge nothing. Topock charged $50 for one night for my one dog. For that reason alone, I won’t be back.
