Location was good

Bedroom is tiny , I couldn’t get round the bed had to climb over. No wardrobe just a rail very close to the wall.

Location excellent. Close to town, restaurants, pubs, attractions. Parking ideal

We were going to the barbican which was literally around the corner. Great location for the Christmas market. Complimentary tea and coffee and biscuits.

Bedroom was far too small. There is only about 6 inches at the end of the bed. Shower could do with the sealant redoing. It was okay as a base. Not sure whether it stated it was up a flight of stairs but it is ,so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues

Location was good

It is good for a couple or single person but for 3 people (which is what I booked) it does not work. The bathroom is an en-suite so the 3rd person must disturb the guests using the bedroom Everytime you need the bathroom. The sofa bed takes up most of the living room and blocks the bedroom door so makes it very difficult to get in and out once the bed is pulled out. On arrival only 2 sets of towels provided and no bedding for 3 person. Once I called and asked for towels and bedding cleaners did eventually arrive with them. It’s a studio apartment and really should Not be advertised for 3 as it really isn’t big enough for 3 adults. Entrance hall is in need of decorating and smoke alarm is off the ceiling.

Its very close to the centre and had everything we needed.

No door bell, a bit small
