Great location near shops, bars and restaurants. Not far from singleton park or Swansea beach.

Looked quite run down. Stains and holes in the sofa and kitchen not very well equipped. There is a washing machine, but clothes airer not big enough to dry much washing. We were asked to get the property ready for the landlord to take potential buyers on viewings during the stay.

Nice and cosy with a very comfortable bed with everything I needed for my stay. Was clean and the local amenities are within walking distance.

First impressions are not good as the shared garden is unkept and there was a lot of rubbish around. You have to go past two other apartments and the tenants leave a lot outside the apartments. But once inside the apartment it’s nice.

Nicely decorated flat, close to the Uplands. Beds and bedding was comfortable, and kitchen well equipped.

Shower mixer doesn't work and shower could do with a good clean. Entrance garden, shared hallway and stairwell is not very clean or nice.

The entrance to the apartment building was very dirty and so were the stairs. It looks like an abandoned building but inside it is ok for a great stay.

The property was in a top floor, the entrance was dirty with rubbish all over the front garden, the main staircase it was dirty and and looked unkeept and needing repairs

The actual flat was nice, clean and tidy
