La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene el apartamento.

El edificio estaba sucio y durante los 3 días que estuvimos el ascensor no anduvo. Cosa que nos complicó bastante para entrar y salir con un niño pequeño. El apartamento está bien, pero muy básico como está equipado. Costó bastante que nos facilitaran el wifi.

Mediocre satisfaction on this place. Things I like: - Very good location next to the metro and surrounded by lots of restos, bars, groceries, etc. Some attractions are also walkable. - Good communication and quick response with the host before arrival. But when I asked about an issue on the aircon, I didn’t get a response anymore.

Cons - Apartment is dark with low lumens of the lights. No light in the foyer. These can be easily improved. - Aircon in the bedroom needs to be fixed. When you switch it on, nothing happens. After pressing the other buttons (mode, temp, swing) in the remote, finally worked.

The location and size

The communication is awful. The only way to communicate with the owner is true. The app and normally is not quick answer so we have a report about the shower and they say they want to say a technician and the person never show up. I definitely don’t like the way they communicate more than the proper is OK.
